The Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_… |
audience measurement, only if you accept it | 13 months at most |
The first three lines are not cookies: they stay on your device, contain nothing about you and are not sent to us. To delete everything: “Manage my cookies” and “App and offline mode”, at the bottom of every page, or your browser settings.
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded by Google Tag Manager, only if you accept it in the banner. Until you have accepted, or if you decline, nothing is loaded from Google and nothing is sent to it.
- What it is for. Counting visits, knowing which pages are read, and measuring how many visitors contact us: a click on a phone number, a quote request, a contact card download, use of the simulator.
- What is measured. Pages viewed, type of device and browser, language, country and approximate region. Never what you write in the form or enter in the simulator: only ranges, for example “area from 50 to 99 m²”.
- Legal basis. Your consent. You withdraw it at any time through “Manage my cookies”, at the bottom of the page.
- Recipient. Google Ireland Limited. Data may be processed in the United States, under the data protection framework agreed between the European Union and the United States (Data Privacy Framework).
- Retention. Cookies last 13 months at most. Detailed data is kept for 14 months at most; after that, only aggregated statistics remain.
- Advertising. None. Google’s advertising uses are refused by default.
The form and the simulator
The form sends us what you write in it, and nothing else: nothing leaves until you press “Send”. The site’s server passes your request on to Thomas and Andrei’s mailbox and keeps no copy of it.
To keep automated submissions out, the site limits the number of requests per IP address. That count lives for a few minutes only, in memory, and is written nowhere.
The simulator runs entirely in your browser: what you enter is neither transmitted nor stored, unless you choose to attach its summary to your request.
Hosting logs
Like any hosting service, the site’s keeps a technical log of requests (date, page requested, IP address), kept for a limited time and solely for the security of the service. Host: OVH SAS, Roubaix, France.
If you call or write to us
We process the information you give us (name, phone, email, address and details of the project, photos or plans) to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, perform the contract.
- Legal basis. Pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract; legitimate interest for commercial follow-up.
- Recipients. Carbosol only and, for a project, our fitting teams. This data is neither sold nor transferred outside the European Union.
- Retention. Requests that go no further: 3 years after the last contact. Customers: the term of the contract and of the warranty, then legal obligations (accounting: 10 years).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of your consent, and instructions on what happens to your data after your death: call us or write to us. We answer within one month, and may ask you to prove your identity.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: the CNIL in France, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, the CNPD in Luxembourg, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands. Or that of the country where the company is established: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, in Cyprus.
